What if I am not happy with the design you have produced?
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
How many requests am I allowed per month?
There is no limit, however requests will be worked on and delivered one at a time (or two, depending on your subscription plan). The average turnaround for a request is 3 working days.
How quickly will I receive my designs?
Most projects will be delivered within 3 working days. Large projects (such as a full website redesign) will be broken down into smaller chunks that can be delivered in 72 hour sprints.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough design work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
How do I request a design?
We offer a ton of flexibility as to how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs are directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Because we produce high quality work with unlimited revisions to meet your satisfaction, refunds will not issued.
